In general America is wellknown for of its big cars and big engines. But there is a small car from Germany which started its triumph through the United States in 2008 – the smart. Also at the NAIAS in Detroit there is a big interest in that small car. In the future it will be much more often part of the American road scene, Soon there will be the Carsharing-System car2go starting at Austin/Texas. On top there will be soundless electric smarts rolling in the streets beginning of October. And just this was the big topical subject at the auto show in Detroit:
