Ukraine.The regulations for the private site development have been changed. <br />The Department of Housing and Regional Development of Ukraine simplified the procedure of of getting building permits for private buildings. The analysts of the real estate market have analized the innovation. Their advice is to note the following: the changes apply only to the certain part of Ukrainian territories and they are valid only for the buildings with the total area not more that 500 square metres. <br /><br />Будівельні новини. 15.02.2010.
