On Thursday, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko hosted a meeting in Kiev with the European Union's foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, and the European Parliament’s president, Jerzy Buzek.<br /><br />During the meeting, Tymoshenko and Ashton talked about improving relations between Ukraine and the European Union.<br /><br />Buzek said the European Parliament and the European Union want to strengthen ties with Ukraine.<br /><br />Tymoshenko reiterated her support of Ukraine's European integration.<br /><br />Both Ashton and Buzek came to Kiev for Thursday's inauguration of President Viktor Yanukovich, who beat Tymoshenko in the February 7 presidential election.
