Colonel Umakant Bhuselalji Tiwari, assigned to the 303 Infantry Battalion, rammed his car into a bike -- allegedly under the influence of alcohol -- killing one and seriously injuring another on Sunday night. He was driving from the city to Aundh. The youths, Pankaj Kisen Netake (25) and Yogesh Pawar (22), were rushed to Medipoint hospital in Aundh. Pawar died yesterday.
