Their trick is very simple. Collect EPIC (Electoral Photo Identity Card) from the voters in exchange of money and prepare photo identity card with a photo of their men and their task has become easy because election commission has allowed any photo ID card including a company ID card with the employers signature.<br />Congress workers caught in camera when they were preparing fake ID cards after taking<br />EPICs from the voters, in Azad Nagar (ward no. 141).
