<p><br /> He is the breakout star of Avatar and Terminator: Salvation, but even after the success of both movies actor Sam Worthington said he is still nervous about how fans will take to new blockbuster Clash of the Titans.<br /> </p><p><br /> "Every movie is daunting," the English-born Australian actor said.<br /> </p><p><br /> The 33-year-old added: "You don't know what's going to work, and you just hope that you've done your best."<br /> </p><p><br /> He walked the red carpet at the world premiere with co-star and former Bond girl Gemma Arterton, who confessed her legs were covered in make-up to hide the "war wounds" she suffered making the movie.<br /> </p><p><br /> Arterton dazzled in a figure-hugging, knee-length black dress, bare legs and towering heels, and had her hair swept up as she debuted her new tattoo, a tribal design behind her ear.<br /> </p><p><br /> She said: "We all got grazes rolling around in fight scenes which we called Clash Rash."<br /> </p><p><br /> London's Leicester Square was transformed into ancient Greece for the launch of the 3D action epic on Monday night. Clash of the Titans is released on Friday April 2.<br /> </p>
