<p><br /> Demi Moore returns to our cinema screens in The Joneses as an aspirational mother who has the dream family, the dream house and all the material goods she desires.<br /> </p><p><br /> The envy of every woman in town, the twist comes when it is revealed that her perfect family have been assembled as a crack team of consumer salesmen.<br /> </p><p><br /> Her 'fake' husband is played by David Duchovny, and together their characters sell everything to their envious neighbours, from frozen sushi canapes to a remote controlled toilet.<br /> </p><p><br /> The movie is designed to show it's audience how their lives and choices are decided by the brands and adverts they see.<br /> </p><p><br /> In an interview, Moore admitted she had fallen for infomercials in the past but has developed a way of avoiding buying things she later realises she never needed.<br /> </p><p><br /> "Now I've learned to write the website or phone number down and wait until the next day. Then you'll know whether you really need it."<br /> </p><p><br /> The Joneses opens across the UK this weekend.<br /> </p>
