<p><br /> Father and son duo Stavros Flatley's secret to success on Britain's Got Talent was to get the backing of the audience.<br /> </p><p><br /> The two made it through to the third semi-final on the show last year, but eventually lost out against fellow contestant Shaheen Jafargholi.<br /> </p><p><br /> Looking back, 41-year-old Dimitri still remembers the nerves he felt when the two first took to the stage. They performed a hilarious Irish-Greek dance routine which resulted in an instant You Tube hit.<br /> </p><p><br /> For Dimitri it was the support from the crowd which helped him get through all the auditions.<br /> </p><p><br /> "It helps when the crowd is behind you. Having standing ovations ... we will never forget that."<br /> </p><p><br /> Thanks to the success of the show, the two have since gone on to regularly perform at birthday and wedding parties, charity gigs and even entertained some 30,000 fans at a JLS concert.<br /> </p>
