<p><br /> Simon Cowell may well be engaged to Mezhgan Hussainy but according to reports he has no immediate plans to marry her.<br /> </p><p><br /> He's apparently too busy to organise a summer wedding.<br /> </p><p><br /> Simon is currently launching his hit UK show The X Factor in The States and the new series of Britain's Got Talent has started.<br /> </p><p><br /> The music guro told The Daily Telegraph: "In spite of various people claiming to be making arrangements for our wedding, no such plans exist. When Mezhgan and myself decide the time is right, we will make our own plans.''<br /> </p><p><br /> There has been speculation about the number of ceremonies the pair might have and the various locations around the world that they might celebrate in.<br /> </p><p><br /> Simon added: "I just want to clarify the situation because I keep reading about different people planning our wedding."<br /> </p>
