Hot on the heels of the Madonna-inspired episode, Jennifer Lopez has confirmed she has landed a part on the hit series. And J-Lo already has big ideas for her cameo.<br /> </p><p><br /> "I would want to go on as an actress and not play myself," said The Back-Up Plan star.<br /> </p><p><br /> "I don't even know that I'd sing my own songs if I went on. I'd really want to be a character. Somebody who you wouldn't expect and just came in for an episode and left." she added.<br /> </p><p><br /> The latin lovely is not so sure about her participation in another Stateside show however. Despite appearing on American Idol, the 40-year-old did not seem too keen about Simon Cowell's next venture - US X Factor.<br /> </p><p><br /> When asked if she would participate in the programme when it begins next year, Jennifer said: "Errr I don't know. We'll see. We'll see how it does!"<br /> </p>
