Hi all I want to tell meditaters in the whole world "What's the Lord Buddha's breath meditation teaching." You know in Thailand where the core of Theravada; a lot of people doesn't know this comparison. The Lord said, have to know long breathing. Nevertheless many people think that is long(space), In fact long breathing is mean long(time). So when you see the lathe craftsman who is pulling rope.The craftsman doesn't look at the rope but he know long or short. The breath meditation is the same.( The only one sample was Compared by the Lord Buddha for breathing meditation. )
