http://www.90DayBloggers.com - Today was day 8 of my 90 day P90X workout, and I completed the Chest and Shoulders workout today. <br /><br />On day 1, chest and shoulders left me in a world of hurt -- but today was an entirely different story. I'm still having problems with Dive Bomber Pushups, but things are definitely looking up. <br /><br />Ab Ripper X went well also. I'm finding that the Roll-Up/V-Up Combo exercise is going to take me a little while longer to get down, for some reason it's the most challenging for me out of all the core exercises. <br /><br />I'm working on upping my intake of water, and am trying to do a better job of hydrating myself.
