<p><br /> Dramatic footage showing the moment the deadly earthquake struck Haiti's presidential palace in January has been released by the Haitian government.<br /> </p><p><br /> The CCTV video apparently shows parts of the palace crumbling under the impact of the 7.0 temor. It also show people running, trying to escape.<br /> </p><p><br /> The deadly quake killed more than 300,000 people and partially devastated the palace.<br /> </p><p><br /> International aid workers are struggling to care for more than one million homeless Haitian quake survivors amid fears that the hurricane season - which began on June 1 - could cause another humanitarian catastrophe.<br /> </p>
