<p><br /> Striker Nicolas Anelka has been kicked out of France's World Cup squad after reports that he insulted coach Raymond Domenech.<br /> </p><p><br /> Anelka insulted Domenech in a crude manner at half-time of the 2-0 defeat by Mexico on Thursday in Polokwane, French sports daily L'Equipe has reported.<br /> </p><p><br /> "The decision (to remove Anelka) has just been taken," French football federation vice president Noel Le Graet told a French radio station.<br /> </p>
