<p><br /> Chris Brown has broken down on stage during a tribute to his idol, the late Michael Jackson.<br /> </p><p><br /> In an emotional performance he had tears rolling down his face and was barely able to sing more than the first few lines of Man in the Mirror.<br /> </p><p><br /> The singer performed a medley of MJ's biggest hits which saw him moonwalk in front of the audience at the 10th anniversary BET Awards.<br /> </p><p><br /> Michael's brother Jermaine comforted the singer on the side of the stage after the crowd helped him finish the song.<br /> </p><p><br /> Other performers at the event in LA included Alicia Keys, Usher and Eminem. Prince was honoured with a lifetime achievement award.<br /> </p>
