Paul Rudd has admitted to ruining many takes whilst filming with Steve Carell as he finds the actor so funny!

Speaking at the New York premiere of their new movie Dinner for Schmucks, Paul said:

"What stops me from laughing just about everytime is the sheer panic that I feel if I start to break and then knowing that they wouldn't be able to use any of it and I ruin something very funny that Steve has done.

"I've done it before and he's so gracious about it. He's like, oh don't worry about it, it's fine and he laughs along with me, but I know for a fact that must be a maddening thing when someone laughs and ruins your take."

Dinnner for Schmucks sees Paul play Tim Wagner, a businessman who has to bring an outrageous guest to his boss' dinner in order to get a promotion at work. Steve plays the obnoxious character of Barry who fits the bill and potentially could give Tim everything he has ever dreamed of.

But Steve says that in real life, he does not know any schmucks:

"On my cell phone, it's just all lists of cool people. I don't even think I know one."

Steve and Paul previously starred in Anchorman and The 40 Year Old Virgin together.
