<p><br /> Sonam Kapoor has revealed her famous father, Anil Kapoor, warned her off becoming an actress.<br /> </p><p><br /> "You won't have a personal life, you're constantly going to be scrutinised and you'll almost be like public property", the Bollywood star said.<br /> </p><p><br /> The Slumdog Millionaire actor had his concerns about her entering the world of entertainment, but Sonam was confident and made her debut in 2007.<br /> </p><p><br /> Now she is back as the leading lady in upcoming Bollywood rom-com Aisha. The story is based on Jane Austen's classic novel Emma and is set in Delhi's upper class.<br /> </p><p><br /> "High society is very removed from what is actually happening in India because they're a very small section but they're very removed from the poverty and what people are actually going through", she said.<br /> </p><p><br /> Aisha is out in UK cinemas on Friday.<br /> </p>
