<p><br /> Paris Hilton is being sued by a hair extension company.<br /> </p><p><br /> Hairtech International Inc claim that the socialite signed a contract to wear and promote their product, but was seen wearing a rival brand.<br /> </p><p><br /> According to the lawsuit, filed in LA County Superior Court, the company is seeking $35 million (£22.4 million) in damages. This is rumoured to be ten times what Paris was originally paid under the contract.<br /> </p><p><br /> It also alleges that the 29-year-old's partying lifestyle goes against the company's marketing campaign and that Paris missed a launch party for the hair extension line in 2007 as she was serving time in prison.<br /> </p><p><br /> The heiress spent 23 days in jail that year after being caught driving twice on a suspended license while on probation for reckless driving.<br /> </p>
