<p><br /> X Factor success story Alexandra Burke is preparing for a nine-day trek across the Andes alongside celebrities Fearne Cotton, Denise Van Outen and Holly Willoughby.<br /> </p><p><br /> The singer will travel to the Inca trail in Peru to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer Care, a cause close to her heart after her aunt Jean recently passed away from the disease.<br /> </p><p><br /> Taking place next month, their 80km high altitude challenge through the Andes range and the Amazon rainforest will be shown in a two-part documentary on ITV2.<br /> </p><p><br /> Alex says she is "scared" and "excited" by the project, and she is doing her best to get fit for the event.<br /> </p><p><br /> "Dancing keeps me going but for this you need to train with a backpack on your back, so there's some training that needs to be done", she said.<br /> </p>
