http://www.mid-day.com/<br /><br />MiD DAY began its journey on the Mumbai-Nashik Highway also known as NH-3, which is, of course, full of potholes and axle-breaking ditches.<br />The highway which begins at Mulund, seemed to be a good ride till Thane toll plaza. But that's where the journey assumed nightmarish proportions.<br />It would be no exaggeration to say that the MiD DAY team had entered a veritable 'pot-holistan' itself " a hell full of craters and gigantic axle-breaking potholes. Suffice to say that it was extremely difficult to sort out asphalted and tarred portions from the ditches and potholes.<br />"We paid toll to ply the road comfortably. But this clearly seems to be a miracle of sorts. Axles of vehicles taking this route are known to break frequently.
