<p><br /> New Labour leader Ed Miliband has paid a visit to the Manchester United boss, Sir Alex Ferguson.<br /> </p><p><br /> Sir Alex, a lifelong supporter of the party, introduced Mr Miliband to young talent at the club's training ground.<br /> </p><p><br /> The Red Devils manager told Mr Miliband: "The great mantle falls on your shoulders".<br /> </p><p><br /> He gave the new leader of the opposition a few words of advice, saying: "you need a team you can trust, who are loyal to you."<br /> </p><p><br /> Sir Alex told reporters: "I think he'll do well. We've got to be positive with these things and I think he's a positive person.<br /> </p><p><br /> "And as I say, he's got youth on his side to learn what it's all about."<br /> </p>
