<p><br /> Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Wait have allegedly been involved in a hit and run incident.<br /> </p><p><br /> Footage shows the couple being surrounded by paparazzi as they tried to drive away from a restaurant in West Hollywood when it appears their car ran over the leg of a photographer.<br /> </p><p><br /> Cy, who was behind the wheel, then reportedly asked if the photographer was OK and, on being told "yes," drove off.<br /> </p><p><br /> According to RadarOnline, Cy met with police later in the evening and after being questioned and taking a field sobriety test, was given a citation and will appear in court at a later date.<br /> </p><p><br /> Paris later wrote on her Twitter page: "Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi. They are literally insane!"<br /> </p><p><br /> Meanwhile the woman who's leg was allegedly run over has been quoted by RadarOnline as having said:<br /> </p><p><br /> "I think we're both at fault and I feel bad. It was just a freak accident."<br /> </p><p><br /> The paparazzi, believed to be called Carol, went on to say:<br /> </p><p><br /> "I didn't break anything, just some bruising. My heel and my ankle are swollen and bruised. I just want it all to be over and I wish it never happened."<br /> </p>
