<p><br /> Strictly Come dancing star Kara Tointon has beat tonsillitis and danced the foxtrot on Saturday's show.<br /> </p><p><br /> The ex- Eastender has reportedly been battling the infection for a week and has been too ill to rehearse with partner Artem Chigvintsev.<br /> </p><p><br /> Initially, her absence at rehearsals sparked rumours that she was going to quit the show.<br /> </p><p><br /> However, after seeing a dr and resting, Tointon was back in time for the Saturday recording.<br /> </p><p><br /> The battle with illness is the latest problem for Kara, who took a tumble during a raunchy cha cha cha when she caught her heel in her dress.<br /> </p><p><br /> Despite her bad luck, Kara remains one of the favourites to win this year's Strictly.<br /> </p>
