Victim's parents' anguish over Kenneth Noye appeal

<p><br /> The parents of road rage killer Kenneth Noye's victim have spoken of their shock after he was given leave to appeal.<br /> </p><p><br /> The 63-year-old was jailed for life at the Old Bailey in 2000 for stabbing 21-year-old Stephen Cameron on the M25 at Swanley in Kent in 1996.<br /> </p><p><br /> But the Criminal Cases Review Commission has referred his conviction to the Court of Appeal because of questions over the pathologist's evidence.<br /> </p><p><br /> Noye, who had already served 14 years in jail for his part in the 1983 Brink's-Mat gold bullion robbery, failed in a legal bid in June to have his sentence reduced.<br /> </p><p><br /> He used a 9in knife he kept in his car to stab Mr Cameron as the victim's horrified 17-year-old fiancee looked on, but claimed he acted in self-defence.<br /> </p><p><br /> The victim's mother Toni said: "He doesn't deserve to come out. He really doesn't. He's an evil man."<br /> </p>
