Puglia is a land poor of water, but is considered "the wine cellar of Italy" thanks to its wine production, which has always reached peak performances. In 2001 and 2002 Gian Andrea Tinazzi purchased the estate 'Feudo di Santa Croce' with the main aim to create a solid wine production within the owned vineyards located in Carosino, close to Taranto. We are in the 'Salento' peninsula, between the Adriatic and the Ionian seas. This area is named "the heel" of the Italian "boot". The 'Feudo di Santa Croce' wine selection represents the territory 's characteristics. Thanks to the water resources and the good temperature range between night and day, this area is commonly recognized as the best wine production seat of Apulia.
