<p><br /> Afghan militants have torched a Nato convoy of fuel tankers in Behsud district in eastern Afghanistan.<br /> </p><p><br /> "There were 16 fuel tankers in the convoy, 14 of them have been burned and two others have escaped," an official said.<br /> </p><p><br /> The convoy attack started when a group of gunmen rushed on the trucks in Behsud district of Nangarhar province - the same area on the edge of Jalalabad city where a group of would-be suicide bombers tried to storm a Nato base on Saturday.<br /> </p><p><br /> There has been a series of attacks against Nato in recent days.<br /> </p><p><br /> In two different incidents on Sunday, a series of bomb blasts killed a Nato service member and two civilians.<br /> </p><p><br /> While three troops serving with the Nato-led force in Afghanistan were killed in a clash with insurgents in the east of the country, the coalition said, one of the worst daily tolls in a month.<br /> </p>
