<p><br /> Tinchy Strider has joined forces with rapper Jay-Z to find the next big thing in rap.<br /> </p><p><br /> The petite rapper said: "We came together, and I guess it's like sort of a deal where we find new artists to bring through. That's the main plan. We're in no rush. When I find a rare talent, it'll happen."<br /> </p><p><br /> Tinchy has just released his new single Game Over, which features a whole host of UK hip-hop artists; Tinnie Tempah, Professor Green, Chipmunk, Giggs, Devlin and Example.<br /> </p><p><br /> One of UK's biggest names in rap, Dizzee Rascal, was not asked to be on the new single but Tinchy explains it was nothing personal: "I would have loved so many people on this track. I just didn't really want like twenty people on the track.<br /> </p><p><br /> "In the end I just wanted to keep it nice and strong."<br /> </p><p><br /> Tinchy Stryder's new track Game Over, from his latest album Third Strike, is out now.<br /> </p>
