I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.<br /> </p><p><br /> "I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California... We plan to continue to keep our discussion of this matter private."<br /> </p><p><br /> 35-year-old Eva filed for divorce on Wednesday following reports that Tony sent hundreds of 'sex texts' to a lady called Erin Barry, who is estranged from her husband Brent Barry, a former basketball teammate of Tony's.<br /> </p><p><br /> Meanwhle E! News claim they have spoken to Brent's father, Rick Barry, who said: "I have no idea what happened, and if it's true I feel sorry for my son."<br /> </p><p><br /> He added: "It's my son's life. He can speak for himself."<br /> </p><p><br /> According to celebrity website TMZ, Tony Parker has acknowledged that he had a 'sexting relationship' with Erin Barry but insiders say the flirtation ended months ago and that they never had a physical relationship.<br /> </p><p><br /> Tony and Eva married in Paris in July 2007.<br /> </p>
