Happy New Year 2010 everyone !<br />I saw this competition one week before it ends, so it was a little bit difficult to participate (because of christmas and new year's eve). I spent the 29th and 30th of December improvising on the backing track, I couldn't record anything because there wasn't enough light (I use natural light for recording).<br />So I would like to give a special thank you for my father for supporting me, he bought me a light kit and mounted it in my room, so this take was recorded at around 3 o'clock in the morning !! it was really exciting !<br />The solo is an improvisation ; since I've spent a couple of days improvising on it, some ideas like the 'theme' part for example wasn't really improvising :)<br /><br />I wish you all a happy new year, hope it will be a good year for all of you :)<br /><br />Gear Used :<br />Ibanez RG prestige 1570<br />EMG pickups (I'm selling my pickups if anyone is interested)<br />POD X3<br />Panasonic hdc-sd9<br /><br />Softwares Used :<br />Cubase SX3<br />Adobe After Effects CS3<br />Sony Vegas pro 8
