<p><br /> Liz Hurley and Arun Nayar are set to get a "quickie" divorce. The announcement comes days after news of her alleged affair with Australian cricketer Shane Warne.<br /> </p><p><br /> The 45-year-old model is said to have already agreed the settlement terms of their divorce, with neither seeking any of the other's fortune.<br /> </p><p><br /> The Indian textile tycoon and Liz Hurley married in March 2007 and Liz claimed on Twitter that the couple had "separated a few months ago", adding: "our close family and friends are aware of this".<br /> </p><p><br /> After the allegations surfaced, Shane Warne, who had previously reconciled with former wife Simone, also wanted to clear the air and wrote on his website:<br /> </p><p><br /> "Sadly and unfortunately, Simone and I split up a while ago, our close friends and family were informed at that time. It is a private matter so we did not make it public. We remain friends and will continue to be good parents."<br /> </p><p><br /> One day later, Liz tweeted: "Painful, sad days. Arun and I separated for private reasons but for the record he has been a great father to our son Damian and will always be in his life."<br /> </p><p><br /> It comes a day after another high-profile couple, Hollywood stars Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds, announced their divorce.<br /> </p>
