<p><br /> X Factor finalist Cher Lloyd has recorded a duet with will.i.am.<br /> </p><p><br /> The Black Eyed Peas frontman announced the news himself on his Twitter page.<br /> </p><p><br /> "Hey cher, when should we release the song we recorded in london???...(Its a smasher)"<br /> </p><p><br /> Later the rapper added, "The day after the last xfactor...cher loyd and I went in the studio and made a mega smasher."<br /> </p><p><br /> Will.i.am, who is very good friends with Cheryl Cole, Cher's mentor on the reality show, performed with the 17-year-old on the X Factor final.<br /> </p><p><br /> Cher ended up coming fourth on the show behind One Direction, Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle.<br /> </p><p><br /> However she has reportedly been signed to Simon Cowell's record label anyway with rumours willi.i.am is to be part of her creative team for her debut album.<br /> </p>
