250 gm potatoes<br />100 gm rajma boiled<br />1 tomato chopped<br />1 tsp ginger chopped<br />1 onion chopped<br />2 tbsp coriander powder<br />2 tbsp oil<br />1 green chilli chopped<br />1/2 tsp red chilli powder<br />1/2 tsp turmeric powder<br />1 tbsp garlic chopped<br />Few coriander leaves finely chopped<br />Salt to taste<br /><br />Preparation:<br />Heat the oil.<br />Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, grated ginger and garlic.<br />Add the coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.<br />Add the potatoes and rajma and mix well.<br />Add salt and coriander leaves.<br />Let it cook for 10-15 minutes.<br />Serve hot.
