Ingredients:<br />2 burritos<br />1 cup refried beans<br />1 cup mexican rice<br />1 onion finely chopped<br />1 tomato finely chopped<br />1/2 cup lettuce chopped<br />1/2 cup sour cream<br />Cheese thinly sliced<br />Olive oil or ghee<br />Salt to taste<br /><br />Preparation:<br />Heat the already cooked burrito on a pan with some olive oil.<br />After heating, transfer onto a plate and fold it.<br />Add refried beans, mexican rice, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, onions and lettuce.<br />Roll it up and the bean burrito is ready to serve.
