Ingredients:<br />5-6 tomatoes diced<br />1 cup spaghetti cooked<br />1 cup tomato puree<br />2 cloves of garlic chopped <br />1 onion chopped<br />1/2 cup water <br />1 bay leaf<br />1/2 tsp sugar<br />4-5 basil leaves<br />2 tbsp olive oil<br />Salt and pepper to taste<br /><br />Preparation:<br />Heat the oil.<br />Add the bay leaf, garlic and onions. Mix well.<br />Add the finely chopped tomatoes, salt , sugar, pepper and tomato puree.<br />Let everything cook very well.<br />Add little water and let it cook for 10 minutes.<br />Add the basil leaves and spaghetti.<br />Give it a good toss and serve.
