<p><br /> Simon Cowell has apparently recommended that Charlie Sheen stops feeling sorry for himself and works through his problems.<br /> </p><p><br /> When questioned about the actor's contractual disputes with Two and a Half Men executives, the X Factor mogul said that the public should be focusing on bigger events. He said: "The world is a messy place right now."<br /> </p><p><br /> Cowell added: "I would say stop feeling sorry for yourself. I genuinely would. There's a lot of people worse off than you are and you should sort it out yourself."<br /> </p><p><br /> Sheen is currently capitalising on his notoriety with online show Sheen's Corner in which he debates current affairs and his opinions.<br /> </p><p><br /> Sheen is also planning on visiting Haiti with actor Sean Penn in order to focus media attention on the situation there.<br /> </p>
