In today's episode I have a first look at Tea. Tea is made by infusing the leaves, buds and stems of the Camellia Sinensis plant, of which there are hundreds of varietals. Black tea has been oxidised (as opposed to the unoxidised Green and slightly oxidised White varieties). The four teas I tasted were: 1st Flush Darjeeling Giddapah China Delight; Bai Lin Gong Fu (my personal favourite); Keemun Hao Ya; and Superior Early Grey.
