Webster’s<br />dictionary defines it as “a confidence and satisfaction in oneself... belief in<br />oneself [and] self-respect”. Self-esteem affects everything we do in our lives.<br />Healthy self-esteem promotes a positive “Yes I Can” attitude, as opposed to a<br />defeatist attitude of “No I Can’t”.
