Federico shouldn't have been signed up to a contract offering him way more minutes than he needs...and then still being charged extra for 411 calls. Net10 offers smaller plans for those who don't use their phones extensively. He could get by on $20 monthly, with his choice of what he uses those minutes for. And contract free too!
