The best part of the VIMB program is that it you don't just have to use it as a follow along workout. You can follow along exactly as Rusty has it mapped out, but it also allows for you to make your own adjustments. <br />Personally, I like to use the 531 method to kick off my workouts and then use VIMB for the remainder. I have some issues with my shoulder so I am also able to adjust the workout around my injuries.<br />Todays workout was:<br />Incline Bench Press<br />Decline Push Ups<br />Inline DB (KB) Bench Press<br />Barbell Overhead Press<br />Side Raises<br />Barbell Tricep Extensions (Skull Crushers)<br />Tricep Push Up Finisher. <br /><br />Let me know if you have any questions about the workout.
