This speech was prepared for the 2011 BIL Conference in Long Beach, Ca. The purpose of the speech is to to give a fresh perspective on the urgent economic jobs crisis the US finds itself in currently and offer some creative solutions based on new ideas and from my book Parity Democracy. It is suggested that corporatocracy is a takeover of the American government by corporate entities that are acting in China's interest; the activist supremacy of the Supreme Court can be and must be reformed; a partnership between government and corporations is a form of Fascism; Unfair trade advantage to our competitors is foul trade; tariff levels on our competitors are crazy and should be leveled.
