Haven't uploaded a video for awhile, so here's some random clips from my training.<br /><br />I don't think they're too amazing - there is a difference between training and performing - but they'll give you an idea of some of the exercises I've been working recently.<br /><br />It's been very heavy on the gymnastics work and handbalancing for the upper body. Lower body is low volume squatting and oly lifts.<br /><br />Back to the gym!
