It washed ashore in Karachi --- sixty-nine feet of decomposing blubber.<br/> Beachgoers were the first to spot the dead whale. By mid-day curious locals were wading into the water for a better look. They climbed onto the monstrous carcass and examined the the whale bone.<br/> Experts from the World Wildlife Fun said the whale appeared to have died at least two weeks earlier, pointing out the level of muscle breakdown.<br/> They also warned locals not to climb over the carcass --- adding that doing so could cause them to develop skin infections.<br/> Deborah Gembara, Reuters
