Boating accident damages are the same as any other wreck such as on a highway or roadway in a motor vehicle. You are entitled to be compensated for your medical bills that you incur, as well as medical bills you may incur in the future. The same is true for lost wages. If you are not able to work -- both in the past and if it is an ongoing thing -- you are entitled to compensation for past and future lost wages. There are also intangible damages, things like pain and suffering, mental anguish; say you have a cut on your face, you would be entitled to compensation for disfigurement. The general personal injury damages would be available in a boating case.
