Filipinos queue for food and water on the island of Luzon.<br/> Hundreds of thousands are in temporary camps after major flooding brought on by Typhoon Nalgae over the weekend.<br/> The second typhoon in just a week, Nalgae caused landslides and downed power and communications lines.<br/> And more rain is set to come in the next two days.<br/> Authorities are asking those at risk to get to higher ground as soon as possible.<br/> (SOUNDBITE) (Filipino) UNIDENTIFIED EVACUEE<br/> "You have to be ready, even if the typhoon is still far away. If not, what will happen? While you can still do something, you have to evacuate."<br/> Those struggling in chest-high water are worried the government has not done enough to help flood victims.<br/> (SOUNDBITE) (Filipino) EVACUEE, REMEDIOS VILLEGAS SAYING:<br/> "We're scared, but we can't do anything. We have nowhere to move.
