The wounded are rushed to hospitals in the Somali capital Mogadishu, after a deadly truck blast that killed over 70 people on Tuesday.<br/> The attack was claimed by al-Qaeda linked rebels al Shabaab.<br/> It was the deadliest single attack by the group since launching an insurgency in 2007.<br/> Witnesses said a truck exploded at the gate of a compound housing government ministries, where students and parents had gathered to await the results of scholarship exams.<br/> (SOUNDBITE) (Somali) WOUNDED STUDENT ABUKAR OSMAN:<br/> "I was waiting for my exam results at the Ministry of Education this morning, I saw a vehicle crashing into the front check point of the building and it blew up. I was with my brother when it happened but I don't know where he is now."<br/> A spokesman for al Shabaab warned civilians to stay away from government buildings and military bases, saying "more serious blasts are coming."<br/> The group want to oust the UN-back transitional government and impose their own harsher version of sharia law.<br/> Tuesday's attack comes as the government embarks on a 12 month political road map which is supposed to lead to elections in August next year.<br/> Simon Hanna, Reuters.
