More than 250 people have been killed in Thailand in what some are calling the worst flooding in decades.<br/> Residents in the old capital city of Ayutthaya used all means possible to vacate the area.<br/> Families loaded belongings... including their pets... onto boats and rafts. Some walked through the thigh high water to dry ground.<br/> One man said this is the worst flooding he's seen in 20 years.<br/> (SOUNDBITE) (Thai) CHAIYA RUNROJ, RESIDENT SAYING,<br/> "It's never been flooded in this village.
