Swiss Chard is a great great cool season edible that chefs love to cook with. Swiss Chard is also what I call a 'bomb-proof' edible which is bothered very little by bugs and disesases. <br /><br />Sow it early spring for harvesting well into the summer and then late in the sumer for fall eating. <br /><br />watch my vlog on Senga's edible green roof.
