This is a scene in which Yama Dharma Raja complains to Indra's maha sabha that he is unable to control all the people that are dying and being sent to hell. so later in the scene everyone finalizes that a celibate woman will be in charge in order to control them. This is a classical movie of the 70's starring Kantha Rao, Devika, Rama Krishna, Vijaya Lalitha, Satyanarayana, Thyagaraju and Mikkilineni.
