Also understand in accidents that caused no physical or emotional injuries and only a little damage to the vehicles, you may not need a lawyer in that case. But if someone was seriously hurt or killed, even if the adjuster’s divulges the liability limits, you may have trouble getting a fair settlement from the insurance company and difficulties with negotiating down your health insurance, med pay, PIP and other liens that will need to be done.
