Rough seas force the salvage crew to leave this cargo ship grounded off the New Zealand coast.<br/> 350 tonnes of toxic fuel have already leaked in the country's worst maritime environmental disaster in decades.<br/> And bad weather is adding to the problem.<br/> The authorities fear the stern, which contains more than 1,000 tonnes of oil, may break away from the rest of the ship.<br/> (SOUNDBITE) (English) NEW ZEALAND TRANSPORT MINISTER, STEVEN JOYCE, SAYING:<br/> "We're in quite a critical phase for that ship over the next, probably, 24 hours, because of the weather conditions."<br/> The vessel's captain is due in court on Wednesday on charges of operating a ship in a dangerous manner.<br/> Lily Grimes, Reuters
